Returns Policy, Security Services:

Cancellations must be made by phone call to a live agent or by voice-mail 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start of service. Cancellations with 24 to 48 hours notice will have a fee of 25% of the total order which we will retain before issuing the remainder as a refund within a reasonable time period. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund.

If our services have started, and we must terminate service for violation of any of our policies or terms, then no refund will be given. Examples of this are but not limited to: verbal abuse or threatening a member of our team, client's criminal activity, or our perceived intent that the client may commit a criminal act (i.e.: client walks into a bank with a weapon).

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason at any time.
